Covers the home for Mechanical and Structural items that were confirmed to be working at the time of inspection. Warranty is good for 90 days from inspection date or 22 days from closing, whichever comes later.
Covers the underground lateral sewer/septic and main water line with each inspection you perform. If a sewer scope is performed then the coverage extends to 6 months automatically. Policy is good for 90 days from inspection date or 22 days from closing, whichever comes later and has a $2,000 coverage per line with a total for $4,000 of coverage.
