Termites are pesky insects that can burrow into your homeâs woodwork and cause serious structural damage. Thatâs why itâs important to have a termite pest inspection performed on properties youâre considering buying as well as new homes youâve recently purchased. The Elite Group provides both pre-home buying termite inspections and new home termite inspections in Southern California.
A termite pest inspection is an examination of the property to look for any signs of termite damage or infestation. The inspection will also include a search for conducive conditions, which are things that make it more likely for termites to be present such as wood-to-soil contact or excessive moisture.
If termites are found during the inspection, the termite inspector will make recommendations for treatment. If no termites are found but conducive conditions are present, the termite inspector may make recommendations to reduce the risk of infestation such as improving ventilation or fixing leaks.
Termite Pest Inspections are important because they can help identify potential pest problems early on. This can save you a lot of money in the long run and protect your home from damage.
Although specialized termite inspections are not usually included in a traditional home inspection, we highly recommend inspecting for termites prior to buying a new house. Termite damage is incredibly destructive and can be extremely costly to repair. When you buy a new home, you donât want to stumble upon a pricey termite infestation after youâve already signed the paperwork and have the keys to your new home in hand.
You can rely on The Elite Group to perform a thorough pre-home buying termite inspection in the greater Los Angeles area. Our trained termite inspectors know all the signs of termite infestation and know exactly where to look for termite activity. A Los Angeles area termite inspection by The Elite Group can help you avoid the stress and cost of unknowingly purchasing a home with a major termite problem. If youâre still interested in buying the home, you can also use our report as a resource for negotiating the price of termite removal and repairs with the home seller.

Used The Elite Group Property Inspection for our first home we just purchased. Our inspector was David Beaudoin he was AWESOME! He was on time, very professional. He took the time to explain and discuss any findings during the inspection. He was very thorough and everything was nicely consolidated in his report. Highly recommend them.
Iâve had the great opportunity to work with Philip Reams on two inspections and he has been excellent to work with each time. He is prompt, professional and did a very thorough job. Heâs very knowledgeable and took time to answer all our questions. He put everyone at ease about the inspection and made the overall experience great
Got David and he was amazing. He explained everything and answered any questions we had. We bought the elite package. Only bummed that the swabs from the mold he found were going to be an additional charge to send them to the lab. But he did find a leak that you could not have seen to the naked eye due to recent paint job. I would definitely use them again.
